I’m a certified hypnotherapist, sound healer and hypnotherapy trainer. I help people discover the best version of themselves.
Ten years ago, I was completely burnt out. I felt emotionally flat, creatively blocked, and stuck in a loop of anxiety that no amount of self-help could fix. I tried everything: herbs, therapy, sound healing, acupuncture, meditation…you name it! I was functional. I was surviving. But I wasn’t thriving.
Then I stumbled onto hypnosis.
Not the stage version. Not the movie kind. The real thing—deeply relaxing, focused, and surprisingly effective. And for the first time, something actually moved. I felt lighter and calmer than I had in months, maybe even years. Patterns I couldn’t quite name started to loosen. Tension I didn’t know I had began to soften.
I began to feel like myself again. Not the version of me who was scraping by, but the one who had been buried underneath all the stress. The more hypnosis I experienced, the better my life became.
One day, I realized I wanted to give this gift to others.

What it’s like to work with me
I don’t believe healing should be confusing, performative, or overwhelming.
I believe it should feel like something real is finally moving beneath the surface.
I work with clients who are smart, thoughtful, and self-aware—but tired of trying to think their way out of emotional loops. They’ve hit a point where discipline and logic aren’t working anymore. They want relief that lasts. They want to feel clear and steady—not just inspired for a few hours. They want change that doesn’t require years of therapy, emotional acrobatics, or superhuman amounts of willpower.
Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness that helps us bypass the mental chatter and speak directly to the subconscious—the part of you that’s been running the show without your permission. Your subconscious mind wants to keep you safe.
But most of the time, it’s running outdated programs from before you even lost your baby teeth.
In our sessions, I guide gently. There’s no pressure to perform. No “you’re doing it wrong” energy. You stay aware, grounded, and in control. My job is to help you unlock what’s already ready to change.
It’s like a conversation with your subconscious mind—the kind where you ask questions, untangle fears, and reshape long-held patterns. My sessions are imaginative, emotional, and deeply empowering.
Together, we shift the things you’ve outgrown, make space for what’s next, and return you to something more rooted.

Since becoming certified in 2018, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life—artists, parents, entrepreneurs, healers, creatives, and people navigating major life transitions.
